A) Deposit

  1. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the date and time of the magic show.
  2. The final payment is due on the day prior to the event.
  3. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via Paypal.

B) Cancellation Policy:

  1. If the client cancels the event more than 14 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be refunded.
  2. If the client cancels the event less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited.

C) Performance Duration:

  1. The performance duration may be adjusted based on the client’s needs and requirements.

D) Performance Location:

  1. The magic show can be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather conditions.
  2. The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance area

E) Performance Content:

  1. The magic show will include a variety of illusions and magic tricks that are age appropriate according to the client’s specifications.
  2. The performance may be customized based on the client’s preferences and requests.

D) Liability:

  1. The magician is fully insured and will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the audience during the performance.
  2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the magician for any injury or damage that may occur during the performance.

E) Travel conditions:

  1. The prices listed are for a standard performance within 60 kilometres of Wollongong. Travel costs, if applicable, will be billed separately.
